Meet DEMURE DELILAH
This little Beagle/Hound mix girl is called Demure Delilah and at just 11 months and 30 pounds, she is just looking for someone to bless with her love and devotion. What a little treasure chest of love she is with her sweetness. She is so very observant in life and loves to watch the birds and chase a few squirrels when she can. She rides so well in the car and is always up for a trip with her human friends. She is looking for someone to attach her soul to. A person that loves to feel her love and to let her be their shadow and go everywhere together when possible. Demure Delilah is just a soft and gentle soul that is pompous or overly confident. She is just easy and kind and could use some words of praise every now and again. She is a fantastic walking partner when on a leash and if you are looking for a dog to motivate you to get in your exercise every day without a fight to control them on a leash, then Delilah if your walking buddy for life! She is fantastic at the end of a leash because she loves walking. She is new to the foster home and so still working on her A+ score in housebreaking. Not there yet but probably a B+ rating. Her shyness comes from not being exposed to many new things in life and so new people and loud noises can throw her in to a timid state of mind and hiding a bit. This too shall pass in time with your reinforcing her confidence and exposure to all these things. Once she is comfortable then she will settle in and open up. We are recommending a calm house and maybe another calm dog that is not too large (her size or smaller) and who is very hospitable to Delilah joining the family. We think this little young, small girl, is something special for you to consider adding to your world. If you are interested please email us at [email protected] and tell us where you life: city and state please. PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted. Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.
