Meet Jethro - Shy but Goofy!

Jethro is an adorable pup who is looking for a home. Jethro is with our partner rescue in Louisiana. He is eligible for foster or a foster-to-adopt trial with an approved adopter.  Elly Mae, Jed and Jethro were surrendered to a high kill shelter in Louisiana during the middle of a parvo outbreak. They were semi feral and terrified of meeting people. Their Louisiana foster family has put a lot of time and effort into these pups to get them socialized and more used to meeting new people. They are still timid pups but foster mom says they are the sweetest pups too. They are good with other dogs, cats and older kids too. Jethro is described as the shyest one but also the goofiest. Jethro is fixed, up to date on vaccines and tested negative  for heartworm. His adoption fee is $550.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home. How to Adopt Me!
