Meet Tator Tot

Tator Tot is a 7 month old , 16 Lb Chihuahua/Beagle mix Tator Tot came to us from the local shelter.  He is the SWEETEST! He is super friendly and such a cutie pie! Just look at those ears!  He prefers to be around people and follows you around everywhere. He is treat motivated for sure which will help with training!  Like all puppies, he will need some basic training about manners like jumping up and “stay” so he doesn’t run out the door.  He seems to love other dogs and doesn't mind the resident cat!  He has an easy going style of play and is learning how to play with toys!  He is crate trained (although he doesn't enjoy it), he would rather be curled up on the couch reading a good book with his family!  His foster mom is working with him on leash and potty training!  He is doing well, but like most male dogs in a new home, he is marking.  If you are looking to adopt a great dog, look no further!  Please apply online at www.crisisdogsnc.org if you are interested in adopting Tator Tot. Adoption Process
We screen fosters and adopters. If approved for a Dog you will be required to sign a contract.
