Why hello. My name is Otto and I'm a shy, mellow guy looking for a forever home. I can be a little nervous when meeting new people, but I desperately want to make new friends - I just need some gentle pets and words of encouragement! Honestly, I'm just a sweet boy in general. I've reportedly met other dogs and even a cat before and did well! I don't really understand the world around me too well yet, so things like fast moving cars and garden hoses are still a bit scary.
