Meet Max – A Resilient Survivor Ready for His Forever Home! Max is a three-year-old, 30-35 lb island boy from Puerto Rico who has already overcome so much in his young life. Recently, Max underwent a leg amputation, but he hasn’t let that slow him down! He’s thriving in the care of our rescuers and is ready to start the next chapter of his journey as part of a loving family in the United States. Max is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and has tested 4DX negative. Despite everything he’s been through, he has a happy and resilient spirit and is eager to share his love and joy with his new family. This sweet boy is looking forward to a future full of cuddles, adventures, and a warm spot on the couch. Let’s give Max the fresh start he’s been waiting for!
Adoption Process
Potential adopters/fosters will complete an application, have an interview with one of our volunteers, once approved, they can schedule meet and greets with our available dogs. All adoptions are trial at first, once finalized a contract will be signed. We require spay or neuter of all animals. Most adoptions are $395.
