Meet Penelope! Penelope is a female Pekingese mix around 2 years old and weighs 9 lbs. Some say she has only a face a mother could love but we think she is absolutely beautiful!!! She has demodex mange and some allergies which is being treated and she’s already starting to look so much better! She is dog friendly and a total snuggle bug.
