Meet Cookie – A Sweet Survivor Ready for a Fresh Start Cookie is an 8-year-old rescue who has endured a rough past but is now learning what it means to be loved and cared for. After being neglected by her previous owners, who only fed her spoiled meat and kept her tied up outside for most of her life, Cookie is now discovering the joys of living indoors. Despite everything she’s been through, she has a gentle spirit and a lot of love to give. Cookie is currently adjusting to her new life inside a home. She’s making great progress with potty training, though she still has the occasional accident as she continues to learn. Her foster family is patient and encouraging, and Cookie is eager to please. Due to her history, Cookie would do best in a home without small children, as she’s still getting used to her new environment and might need extra time to feel comfortable. She’s also receiving treatment for arthritis, so a cozy home where she can relax would be perfect for her. Adoption Process
We require an application filled out with 3 references, vet references and or records on all dogs living in the home. We do a home visit and all persons must be present.
