Meet Maxwell
Maxwell is a 4lb, Shih-Poo, born in Feb 2023 and is a bundle of joy! This sweet little guy is affectionate and greets his person with so much love. He’s always happy to see you, especially after he wakes from a puppy nap. He even gives a little bark when he wants attention. Maxwell is all puppy, so his adoptive home must be up to the challenge of working with a puppy which includes housetraining and leash walking. He still needs to potty during the middle of the night and gives a little whine to let you know it’s time. He usually goes right back to sleep in his crate afterwards. His size makes him a tripping hazard and allows him to easily scoot out a barely opened door, so everyone will need to pay attention. Maxwell could be an only dog or have another young pup in the home, 10 pounds or less, but an older dog may not appreciate his puppy play. Maxwell needs to grow a bit before he is neutered, so his adoptive home needs to be close enough to Greensboro, NC he can easily be taken to our vet when it’s time to be neutered. The adoption range for this dog is limited to NC. If you are interested in adopting this dog, contact [email protected]. There is an application process and adoption fee. Please inquire only if you are willing to come to Greensboro, North Carolina to meet the dogs after we schedule your home visit. We do not ship dogs or put them on transports.
