Meet Bear! He’s smart, handsome, and so very sweet. There’s no such thing as a calm puppy, but if there was one, Bear would qualify. Bear likes to receive belly rubs while laying on his back. And he will even lay on his back in your arms - if you hold him securely so he feels safe. Bear’s mom is a Shepherd mix and his dad is a white Great Pyrenees mix, making him a winning mix breed from a larger gene pool. Bear is remarkably smart, and he learns new things quickly. Bear’s foster mom reports that Bear earns an A plus score with his potty training, letting her know when he needs to go outside for potty breaks. Bear enjoys getting bathed and he often falls to sleep in your arms afterwards while swaddled in a warm towel. Bear likes to run and play in the backyard with his foster home’s resident dogs. He gets along with them wonderfully. And when indoors, Bear enjoys chewing on his puppy toys and taking long naps. Bear is looking for his forever home.
