Meet Dahlia (Courtesy Post)
This is a courtesy post. Please do not contact Heart of the Foothills Animal Rescue for information. Contact information is provided in the description below.Dahlis is a 3-year-old heeler/collie/lab mix. She is 40 lbs, spayed, and microchipped as well as up-to-date on her vaccines. She’s super social, loves people and her stuffed animals we call her babies. Her favorite thing ever is butt rubs. She loves the snow and being outside, she does good on walks around town and likes meeting new people. She has never had issues with any type of food and likes chicken and steak a lot, not much of a peanut butter dog, but she loves meat, celery, cherry tomatoes, bananas and apple slices but she only wants you to hand it to her, she’s too fancy for it to be set down for her.If you are interested in Dahlia, please email [email protected]
Adoption Process
An application is required and once it is processed and approved we will set up a time for the adopter to meet the pet, if the pet is finished with their vetting then we can finalize adoption or put the pet on hold and let the adopter know when the pet is ready. When we finalize adoption, the adopter will need to sign an adoption contract and a health disclaimer. We do ask that if the adopter decides that it is not working out that they bring the dog back to us so we can make sure the animal will go into a good home.
