We are located only 1 hour from Charlotte and 1 1/2 hours from Greensboro, however, we do not have an actual shelter at this time. We feature both pure and mixed breed dogs that are usually under 20 pounds. Our dogs are fostered in a climate so that we know them well and can place them in the kind of home they need. Our goal is for both the pet and the adoptive family to be very happy with each other.

Meet Axel

axel is a labrador mix pup and is the last of the litter of six. he is full of vim and vigor, loves to run and play. he would be an excellent candidate for professional training.  he is attentive and eager to please. even though he is still a young pup, he's been potty trained by one of our volunteers who fostered three from the litter while we had some maintenance done on our building. axel needs a loving home and a family to grow with. potentially another furry sibling or younger children to learn and play with.

Adoption Process
An adoption application must be completed before meeting the pets and an adoption contract is required upon approval to adopt. Our adoption fee is usually $150 - $200. This includes all vet work, including shots, altering and heartworm test.
