* Special information regarding adopting Puppies * Our adoption fees are:  *  Altered Dogs older than 1 year old $250  *  Altered Dogs between 6 months to a year $275 * Puppies under 6 months who have not  been spayed or neutered or who have a medical reason why they cannot be altered before adoption - $235 plus S/N    Deposit: $ 100  Our policy is that all adopted    animals    must be spayed or neutered    before leaving the premises. If at    any       time    an    animal    under the age of   6  months leaves our rescue group unaltered, the adopters must sign and    agree to our spay/neuter contract. This contract states each adopter    agrees to have the    animal    being adopted spayed/neutered by a    veterinarian of their choice by the age of 6 months. As part of this    contract an additional $ 100 deposit fee will be required. This    deposit fee will be refunded upon verification of the spay/neuter    contract. If you have    any    further questions regarding what is included    within your adoption fee or the spay/neuter contract, please refer to    our website.
