Rio Neutered Male Rat Terrier Mix Juvenile - Puppy Rio was brought to HHAF by a concerned citizen when he was found abandoned on the side of a busy local highway. This little fellow was sitting on a pile of trash that had been tossed out. Once brought to HHAF he was immediately taken for a veterinary examination where it was determined that he was in fairly good health, although he was emaciated and dehydrated.
