Meet Presley

I’m just an old hound dog, I don’t know if I’ve ever caught a rabbit, will you still be my friend?! I’m curious, sweet, sensitive, vocal (it’s the hound in me :) and I can be anxious. I like treats, sniffing, exploring, and affection on my terms! I’ll need scent work, lots of sniffari’s, long/slow walks to sniff, patient people, and basic training! Let’s explore together! Kids: 6+, into everything, nosey Dogs: friendly sniffing, more engaged with environment, prefers gentle dogs   Foster Report: He is calm/sweet natured, with a big heart and lots of love to give.  Been observed to be good/gentle with all ages, including young children, and friendly with other dogs.  Walks easily on a leash, likes to be outdoors, but is happy to rest at your feet too. Sleeps quietly  through the night on a dog pillow. He will make a great addition to any family, but especially for an older adult looking for a nice companion to spend their days with. He likes dry, crunchy food, peanut butter and cottage cheese. Not a chewer, as he is missing a few of his front teeth.
