Gertie doesn’t know you yet, but she likes you! Gertie is retired and looking for a great place to nap with people who know hounds and will give hugs! Her previous owner says she is spayed. She is getting much better with her leash and gives to its pressure. Things to consider: Gertie is a hound. She will lend chase to critters that run. Watch her with chickens and cats! Adoption Process
The potential adopter(s) contact me for an application. I then meet with them. After the meeting, the next step is to introduce the prospective dog or cat. The potential adopter(s) are given time for me to observe the interactions. If all goes well, the adoption fee is usually $350.00.
