I’ve spent time with Jonesy throughout several volunteer shifts and have fallen in love with him. He’s a big, silly boy who is always happy and loves to play and explore. He does beautifully on walks, following his nose and staying by his human’s side. He has been non-reactive to cars, geese, and various wildlife beyond a general curiosity, and he refocuses easily when signaled. Jonesy is also very affectionate and loves to cuddle, nuzzle with his head, and is happy to be the center of your attention or just hang out nearby. If you love big dogs that you can hug and love on, Jonesy is your pawfect fit! 8/28/2022 Temporary Care Feedback: We had the pleasure of having Jonesy foster with us. He is a super sweet guy that loves to be around people. He has not had an accident in our house since having him. He stays off the furniture and beds. He is not a fan of the crate so at night we have let him sleep on the floor by our bed and has been a great sleeper. Loves to go for walks and does great on the leash. He will bark when left alone in a room or in his crate but other than that is a quiet guy.
