Meet Cheerio
Cheerio is ready for his forever home! He went to the cardiologist earlier this year and was diagnosed with moderate to severe pulmonic stenosis (heart murmur grade 5). He is on atenolol, a beta blocker. This medicine lowers the heart rate and decreases the heart’s demand for oxygen which will help regulate his heart beat. He will be on the beta blocker for the rest of his life. It is a fairly inexpensive medicine and will cost the adopter around $10-$25/month. He is a very sweet boy and deserves the best! He is looking for a quiet home that isn't very active.
