Meet Penelope

 P enelope is a 4-month-old Doberman puppy who is ready to bring joy, love, and her signature wiggly charm to her forever home! This adorable girl is a sweet and affectionate companion, though she’s not overly generous with kisses—when you do get one, it’s extra special. She loves nothing more than to snuggle up next to you, melting hearts with her soulful eyes and the cutest little noises she makes while sniffing or soaking up pets and hugs. True to her nickname "Wiggles," Penelope's nub can't stop wiggling anytime someone talks to her—her happiness is contagious! She’s a playful pup who loves romping around in a safe, fenced yard with her foster canine siblings, and she’ll need a furry playmate in her forever home who’s up for some enthusiastic puppy play. While Penelope is still learning about the world, her curious and fast-learning nature helps her adjust quickly to new experiences. She’s done well meeting a few children and could thrive in a home with gentle, kind kids who give her a little time to feel safe and confident. Penelope has shown little interest in cats and parrots in her foster home, so she should be able to live peacefully with them after a proper introduction. This smart girl is making great progress with potty training and does well on a consistent schedule. She’s also learning basic obedience commands and is crate-trained, which will help her settle into her new home.   Penelope’s ideal family is one that will shower her with love, provide plenty of snuggles, and offer reassurance when she feels nervous. A calm yet playful canine sibling is a must to keep her happy and help her grow into the amazing dog we know she’ll be.  Prior Doberman or large working breed ownership experience is required.
