Jumba is a 4 year old, 54lb, male pittie who was surrendered to a local vet office. His former owners said that they couldn't get weight on him, so they were choosing to have him euthanized. The vets office discovered that he was polluted with parasites. This poor boy deserved better, so that's where we come in! Jumba is as sweet as they come. He loves people, even though they haven't been nice to him in the past - he is forgiving and so sweet. He needs to be an only dog. Cats are a no. He is recovering in a one of our foster homes where they will work with him on basic commands like house training, crate training and leash walking. This is one happy, sweet boy.Jumba's adoption fee is $100.00 which includes his neuter, vaccines including DHLPPC vaccines, Lyme vaccines Kennel Cough vaccine, Rabies vaccine, Heartworm testing (negative), Lyme treatment and Microchip with lifetime registration. If you want to meet Jumba with hopes to make him part of your family, be sure to FIRST apply on our website for approval: https://www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org/companion-adoption-form-pdf.html ***100% of adoption fees go back to the animals and help provide for medical care for our rescues that need specialized medical care and surgeries. *Note: Ideally, ALL members of the family (canine and human alike) should be present for any meet and greet unless otherwise specified/discussed. Please remember that we are a board of entirely volunteers that have full time jobs as well as our rescue passion.
