Meet Buford

Meet Buford!   This little male Shih Tzu, approximately 4 yrs old, came into rescue when his elderly owner could no longer care for him.    This little man is super chill and calm.  He is also cute, quiet and cuddly. Buford likes to follow his foster Mom from room to room. During his walks, Buford greets with a tail wag every dog and person he sees. He has become very popular with the neighborhood kids.     When in the house, Buford enjoys looking out the door or window to watch the world go by. He also likes to play with his toys. He has gotten used to spending time in his crate when his foster leaves the house. He does best if his crate is situated near a window or door. He sleeps in bed with his foster mom and is very snuggly.    He is UTD on vaccinations and scheduled to be neutered in October. He is making good progress in his potty training. He does go to the door whenever he needs to potty. He even woke his foster mom once at 1:40AM asking to go outside to poop!  Full Disclosure: He does try to mark new items brought into the house, but that should drastically improve once he is neutered.  This little (14lb) dog has a great personality and will make a wonderful family dog or companion.   Apply to adopt Buford!!     Adoption fee (neutering included) $300
