Tillie’s adoption donation is $550 and she is being fostered in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. She has been spayed, microchipped, received her rabies, distemper/parvo, bordetella, tested negative for heartworm and started on prevention as well as flea prevention. Tillie came into rescue through no fault of her own when her owner could no longer provide the activity a puppy needs. She has made great progress in rescue and is running and playing all the time. Tillie loves anything and everything. She loves toys, bones and even the occasionally paper. She is all puppy and requires an active home where she can use all her energy with a fenced back yard or a lot of playtime and multiple walks every day. Tillie does well with housetraining if kept on a schedule and is leash and crate trained. She does well with other dogs and older/considerate children. Tillie does require a home with a fenced yard as she loves to run and play outside.
Adoption Process
Applicant submits an online (or paper) application. We thoroughly check references including personal, vet, and groomer--landlord if applicable. Once references check out, we then conduct a home visit to ensure home and family would best suit the dog. We do not adopt on a first come, first served basis--we go with the home that is the best fit for the dog.
