Meet Charlie Charmer! How can this poor pup be so sweet and forgiving? This gentle boy just wants to be loved. Dumped, injured, covered in, who knows what, and left out to die. Please review the pictures to see his resiliency and transformation. We see a bright future for this guy because he is so young and has shown nothing but appreciation for rescuing him. Despite his neglect, he has not shown any aggression with food, toys or other dogs and has loved everyone he has met. He has not been tested with children or cats so a proper introduction is in order. We love his energy and playfulness but he will need plenty of exercise. He would be fine as a only dog but because of his love for other dogs and playing, he would do well in a home with another dog his size. Meanwhile, Charlie with be charming the folks in the prison program working on some puppy skills and making new friends.
