Meet Popeye

Popeye is a typical rambunctious puppy. He loves to play and snuggle. He gets along well with other dogs. He loves cats but they don't seem to be as interested in him as he is in them.CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies. All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped.  CARE is an all-volunteer and foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter facility and do not have any employees monitoring inbound applications and emails. Applications are reviewed by each animal’s volunteer foster home. It may be several days before you hear from this animal’s foster home. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our foster volunteers work to navigate a very high volume of inbound adoption applications.
