Meet Velvet

Velvet is a sweet 1-2 yr old female.  She is good with other dogs and loves to play.  She is ok on leash and the volunteers do walk her when they are available to do so. While she does have an occasional accident in her kennel she can also be clean ---unfortunately we are not here part of each day so sometimes she cannot hold it. Velvet is around 60lbs but could stand to gain a lb or 2---although she is NOT skinny.  Velvet is energetic and will require a home with someone (or a family) that can properly exercise her---and another dog would be good for her too. If you would like to meet Velvet and consider her please stop at the shelter to do so.  Dogs do not leave the same day as meet and greet---we review applications first. Morrow County Dog Shelter, Mt. Gilead, OH. 419-946-1747

Adoption Process
Adoption fee is $130 and includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, heartworm test and license. Must meet the dog you are interested in first then complete an application in order to be considered.
