ATTENTION BEAGLE LOVERS!! Meet Sophie! This pint-sized 2-year young beagle dynamo is a delightful 21 lbs. of happiness! She might be a bit shy at first, but once you charm her, you'll have a BBF (beagle best friend) for life! Cats? That's still a cliffhanger since she hasn't met one yet! Sophie dreams of a home with a backyard and a secure PHYSICAL fence—sorry, but high-rise living isn’t her style! She would do best with older, thoughtful kiddos. Sophie is currently staying at our shelter, so she is kenneled and crate trained but because of this we are unable to declare whether she’s housebroken. Sophie’s adoption fee is $350. Breed experience is a plus. All Paws and Prayers animals are up to date on vaccinations (age appropriate) and are given monthly flea/heartworm prevention. Adoption fee also includes Sophie’s spay and microchipping Ready to make her yours? Start by filling out a no-pressure adoption application at www.pawsandprayers.org Oh, and a quick heads-up: all your resident pets need to have routine vet check-ups, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, and on heartworm prevention (for the doggos). We'll check those records, so giving your vet a heads up will help speed things along! Inquiries submitted through Petfinder or other third-party websites do not submit as applications in our database.  

Adoption Process
Adoption fees range from $150-$350. Non-negotiable. An applications at www.pawsandprayers.org must be filled out and approved before a meet and greet can be set up.
