Up Next and ready for adoption is six-year-old Penny! Penny came to OBHR after being saved by a good Samaritan on Facebook. They truly wanted to keep her because they said she is just such a sweet and wonderful dog, but she had so much vetting she needed to get done they knew they were not be able to afford to give her what she needed. She had to have surgery on both eyes for cherry eyes, she had a double ear infection, and she had bad teeth! On top of that she was not spayed. Since coming to OBHR she has had everything cleared up and spayed and ready to go! She is housebroken and good with other dogs, has not been tested around cats. She is a typical basset hound, the kind folks that relinquished her to us did say she has a bit of a Counter surfer! Anybody that knows and loves Basset hounds knows this will not be a problem! Adoption Process
Puppies $250 1yr to 8 $200 8yrs and older $100 Must fill out an application, be approved and sign a adoption agreement. We always take the dog back for any reason. Must have a fenced yard, vetting must be good, no kids under 5 yrs old.
