Meet Jacki!   *Her adoption fee is $150*She is a 5 year old Border Collie mix. *Jacki is very smart and adaptable.*She still loves to be playful but has a calm side as well.*Jacki likes to walk on a leash, but would prefer outdoor play vs. real long walks for exercise.*She comes crate trained and potty trained.*Because Jacki's breed is a consdiered "herding", it is recommended that any children in the home be 6 years or older.  These dogs will try to herd small children and can nip at them out of duty (not to harm) and can become agitated at the loud cries that small children often make.*She has a good recall when outdoors and would make a great watchdog!*Jacki is very loving, friendly, easy to bond with, and loves to cuddle.*She catches tennis balls in her mouth and loves to play fetch.*Jacki came to us from a very loving home and is laid back most of the time.  While she does like snuggles, she also values her quiet time alone, resting in her crate. *The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
