Meet Pete (double merle)

Meet Pete, he is a stunning 3yr male double merle rough collie looking for his special someone! Pete is deaf and vision impaired but don't tell him! Pete is smart, beautiful, and observant. He has mapped out his foster home in just a few weeks and is thriving with a consistent routine. He gets along with other dogs, cats and yes even chickens! Pete is looking for someone who can continue his sign language training as he loves learning and collecting treats. He would benefit having a sibling to play with but could manage as the only dog. He loves his people and considered a velcro dog so cuddling on the couch is not out of the question. He would love a fenced yard so he could be off leash and explore his world. He may take a couple of days to settle in a new home but it won't take him long to become comfortable. Trust, tolerance, communication, love, patience and a special human to bond with is what Pete is hoping to find. Pete is being fostered in Michigan.
