Meet Feather

Everyone meet Feather!  She is a small, spicy bundle of love and energy weighing about 50lbs at 3 years old.  Feather was picked up as a stray and came to live a short while in the shelter before landing a soft spot with her foster mom.  Feather is a total sweetheart and is the perfect mix of play and cuddles.  Feather does well with other dogs but unknown about cats at this time.  She is house and crate trained but will continue to need consistency in her new home.  At this time, Feather is learning the ropes of how to walk nicely on a leash because she can become so excited meeting other people and dogs on walks.  Due to her excitable nature, older children may be a better fit for Feather as she can have uncontrollable burts of energy (as most terrier mixes do).  But that's what makes her so much fun! Although a fenced in yard is not required, Feather would do best with plenty of room to stretch her legs and exercise. If you're looking for a running, hiking and overall active dog who will be able to keep up but who also loves to Netflix and chill, Feather is the dog for you! Feather is available for adoption on or after 11/23/24 at Paws Across Pittsburgh, Springdale PA - KL# 16182
