Meet Daffy

Meet Daffy!   She is a 4 year old Irish Setter/Poodle mix. Daffy came to us as a puppy mill surrender. She has spent her life with little human interaction, in a cage, producing litters for profit. Since coming in to rescue, Daffy is learning what it means to be a dog! She is a very sweet, submissive, happy girl. Daffy has spent time in our prison training program to get a handle on leash manners, crate training, potty training and basic commands. She will require a patient adopter who understands it is going to take time for her to be a well-adjusted house pet. Daffy loves other dogs and needs canine siblings to build her confidence.   Daffy is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and chipped. Her adoption fee is $350.
