Meet Joey

Hi, my name is Joey!  I am a 7 year old beagle and weigh about 25 pounds.  I am a sweet, laid back guy that loves being a couch potato.  I also love walks! I love treats and hiding my bones.  I am good on a leash when I go for hikes.   I don't mind being in my crate, but have also done well out of my crate when I have been home alone.  I like to snuggle up to my humans at night for awhile, then I like to stretch out on the floor for the rest of the night. I have had a few accidents in the house but have done well once I had a schedule.  I currently live with a kitten and I chase him.  My foster mom thinks I may be good with cats that are more dog-savvy.  I am good with other dogs. My adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccines, microchip, and neuter.  The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an adoption application today at our website www.pawsandprayers.org.  My adoption fee is $250.   ***The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an adoption application today at our website www.pawsandprayers.org.  Inquiries submitted through Petfinder or other third-party websites do not submit as applications in our database. Current/previous veterinarians need permission to speak with us; if we are not able to speak with them, we cannot complete the review of your application.***

Adoption Process
