Kaiya, born 1/20/23, is a 63lb German Shepherd mix who came to us as an owner surrender due to no fault of her own. In foster care, she is working any basic obedience that she may need. However, she seems to already be housebroken, crate trained and walks well on a leash. Kaiya does well with other dogs but we would not recommend her in a home without cats. She is very sweet otherwise and would likely do well with any human, children included.Kaiya's adoption fee is $250.00 which includes her spay, vaccines including DHLPPC vaccines, Lyme vaccines, Kennel Cough vaccine, Rabies vaccine and Microchip with lifetime registration. If you want to meet Kaiya with hopes to make her part of your family, be sure to FIRST apply on our website for approval: https://www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org/companion-adoption-form-pdf.html ***100% of adoption fees go back to the animals and help provide for medical care for our rescues that need specialized medical care and surgeries. *Note: Ideally, ALL members of the family (canine and human alike) should be present for any meet and greet unless otherwise specified/discussed. Please remember that we are a board of entirely volunteers that have full time jobs as well as our rescue passion. So, be patient with us and check out our Facebook page for more information and photo updates: facebook.com/trhap2014You can visit our website at theroadhomeanimalproject.org
