Announcing this perfect and stunning litter of full Pyr puppies—the City Slickers who came to rescue as owner surrenders from their breeder. These kids are the real deal—simply gorgeous with amazing personalities to match. Dublin is a big, happy, boy who is as calm and loving as he is handsome! He is one of three boys with 6 sisters. Dublin, unknowingly, is like the big brother the others look up to—he is a natural born leader in an unassuming way. He is smart, too, and mastered the leash the first time out! He loves to lay curled up with one of his siblings on the big, raised bed, run, and investigate in the yard and is especially happy when they get to go into the woods to explore! Dublin loves people and is always happy to give kisses. In true Pyr fashion, he sometimes likes to play “hard to get” but can’t resist the loving and rubs and wiggles up to his person. This boy is ready to find his furever home with a big fenced yard, a big sister who he can play with and learn the ropes from. His PYRfect family will have large breed experience and have time and love to help him become the best boy he can be—Dublin can’t wait to join you on family adventures! NGPR Pooch Profile Name: Dublin in OH Age: 5 1/2 mos old as of beg Nov 2023 Color: white w/light cream badger Dew Claws: double Estimated Adult Weight: 110 lbs Current Location: NGPR approved foster in Bellevue, OH Medical: Pup will be placed on a spay/neuter contract with a date specified for the spay or neuter procedure to be performed by. Dewormed, negative for heartworm, up-to-date on vaccinations and currently on flea, tick and heartworm preventative. This dog travels with a Interstate Health Certificate required by the USDA confirming that all the above criteria have been met. Housebroken: working on it! Can be Placed With: Other Dogs, Older Kids, Cats unknown Fencing: Secure VISIBLE fencing is required; invisible fencing WILL NOT contain this breed. Fees: Adoption fees are determined on a sliding scale depending on age, location and transport. Fees for dogs adopted locally start at $400 and can range up to $700 for puppies under six months. Puppies placed on spay/neuter contracts receive $100 back when the dog is spayed or neutered. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. Fees for senior dogs (7 or older) and foster dogs will be adjusted accordingly. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.
