Meet Roxy

Meet Roxy! This beautiful Great Dane came to DASH with her mom, Bella, when their owners home caught fire and she was unable to care for them. Roxy was previously an outside dog who has really started to enjoy the comforts of being an inside dog. She enjoys playing outside no matter the weather, but then will come in and try to be lap dog, as she doesn't really know her own size. She is very cuddly and affectionate and loves her toys. She does know some basic commands when treats are involved. She is almost housebroken and is working on her leash manners. She is crate trained as well. She is a very sweet and energetic dog, whose new family will need to continue working on her leash training and adjusting to being an indoor dog. She gets along well with other dogs, but has not been kid or cat tested.
