Meet Honey

Hi!! I’m Honey and my foster mom says I'm as sweet as can be! I’m a 3 year old, 42lb, American Foxhound mix looking for my forever home. I am currently spayed and up to date on all vaccinations. I absolutely love playing with my foster brother, but would also be okay as the only dog if my new family is home more often than not. I also get along well with cats! I haven’t met any kids yet, but would do best with older kids. I can get pretty excited sometimes, and wouldn't want to knock any smaller children over.A fenced in yard is a must for me as I love zooming. My other likes include treats, walks (I’m still working on my leash manners), and snoozing on the couch. My list of dislikes is pretty short, but I do find steps and hardwood floors pretty scary. We’re working on it though!I’m crate trained and will sleep soundly in there through the night; although you may just have to lure me in with a treat. I’m still working on potting training and basic commands but I caught on to “sit” pretty fast and would consider myself a quick learner. I also do well in the car and will curl up in the backWith St Patrick's Day approaching, I sure hope I'm lucky enough to find my furever home!
