Meet Tootsie

eet Tootsie Roll—aka Tootsie! This sweet 14-week-old puppy looks to be a hound mix (and she’s got the nose to prove it!). Currently weighing 16 pounds and still growing, she’s expected to be a medium dog when fully grown.  Tootsie is the perfect mix of cuddly and playful. She’ll happily snuggle up on the couch for your favorite show, but when it’s time for fun, she’s ready to rumble!  She loves playing with her foster brother, chasing after a ball, and chewing on a good bone for her growing teeth. Tootsie would do well in a home with kids, cats, or dogs of any size.As a young pup, she’s still working on housebreaking but has been making great progress—she’s even gone several days accident-free! She’s also starting to pick up on cues to let you know when she needs to go outside. One of Tootsie’s favorite things is her crate. She knows it’s where all the good things happen! She eagerly jumps in, waits for her snacks, and settles in for a nap. She sleeps through the night without accidents and is perfectly content in her crate when you’re away from home.Tootsie is excelling at her manners and has already learned sit, down, leave it, and more to come—this smart girl is eager to keep learning!
