Meet RORY

Hello everyone! My name is Rory, and I’m so excited to introduce myself. I’m a cute little 5-month-old petite female Lab mix weighing in at 24lbs. I came to my foster home in Monroe, MI with my two sisters, and we made some pawsome new friends here – a sweet foster dog sister and a fun dog foster brother and I met my foster cousin! We were rescued in Texas with our mom when things weren’t going so well, but Project Hope swooped in and saved us. Now, I’m ready to find my forever family!I’m working really hard on learning to go potty outside, but sometimes I just can’t hold it yet. Luckily, my foster mom has puppy pads for me, and I use those when needed. I get to go play outside with the big boys in the fenced in yard, and I love running back to the door with the other dogs – especially because I get a treat! I even know how to sit when it’s time for those yummy treats, I’m learning the meaning of gentle when it’s time for my treat. One of my favorite things is being held and snuggled, and if you ask, I’ll happily give you a little puppy kiss! I love belly rubs, I’ll even let you know when I want one with a yip. I love playing with stuffed animals, especially the ones that crinkle - they're so much fun! I’ve met the neighbors and I really liked their little boy and girl. There are cats upstairs in my foster home, I’ve ventured up there a few times, and they seem to like me. I would rather play with their toys then talk to them though.I just know there's someone out there who will fall in love with me and want to bring me home. Could that be you? I'm spayed, fully-vetted, microchipped and my adoption fee is $350. Questions about me? Please email [email protected]. Ready to bring me home? Fill out the adoption application by visiting our website at www.projecthoperescue.org. I can't wait to meet you!
