Meet Summer Dundee

Summer’s adoption donation is $475 and she is being fostered in Central Ohio. She has been spayed, microchipped, received her rabies, distemper/parvo, bivalent canine influenza and Bordetella vaccines, tested negative for heartworms and started on prevention, as well as flea prevention.  She has also had a dental cleaning. Summer was a mill mom but is loving her new life. She is super happy and loves being with people. She also loves getting head rubs, long walks and going fun places with her foster parents. She also loves meeting new people. She has done well with meeting cats and respectful children. Summer does not need a fenced in yard as she does very well on a leash, but she does loves to relax on the patio, so a small fenced in patio would be ideal. She also does not need another dog in the house, but she would get along with a playmate. Summer is doing well on house training if kept on a schedule. Summer girl is really just a very sweet, loving girl who loves to be with her people, and she can’t wait to find her forever home.

Adoption Process
Applicant submits an online (or paper) application. We thoroughly check references including personal, vet, and groomer--landlord if applicable. Once references check out, we then conduct a home visit to ensure home and family would best suit the dog. We do not adopt on a first come, first served basis--we go with the home that is the best fit for the dog.
