Misfits, Mutts and Meows, Inc.

My husband and I have been rescuing animals for about 8 years by working with other rescue groups. We felt it was time for us to take matters into our own hands to get some of the many rescues we have adopted into their forever homes. We work with our local animal control to find homes for unclaimed dogs and we have many of the animals that others decided were to hard to get adopted. We want every animal to find the perfect home. Our local friends are a great help in getting to word out on those in need of homes. We are an environmentally friendly rescue. We utilize both veterinary medicine and natural healing to ensure the health of our animals.

Meet Ollie

Ollie is a tiny guy that loves a warm cozy spot under a blanket or in a lap. Good with young kids and cats. Has been around a larger dog that he will tolerate, but isn't the biggest fan. Good at going to the bathroom outside, but is used to frequent trips outside, every 1-2 hours. He loves to play fetch and is working on sit and stay. He is a runner, really needs a secure yard for outside time and someone that is vigilant about open doors. He will also target snacks that are left out so need to be wary about food left out. Crate trained for bedtime and during times no one is home, does great no accidents. Does well with harness and leash.
