Meet Dolly

Meet Dolly! This girl was found as a stray in TX and taken to a local shelter. When no owner came forward for her and at risk for euthanasia, she was transferred to GPMR. At 90 lbs she's underweight and should be closer to 110-120 lbs. The shelter did a good job getting some weight on her and we'll continue that while she's with us. We are estimating her age around 3 years old. Dolly has been reported as very friendly with people and she is dog friendly too. She is spayed and tested negative for heartworms and appears to be healthy!This girl is as sweet as they come. She loves everyone and everything. She is currently living with four other dogs, one little one and three that are medium sized. She is good with sharing bones, toys, and beds. But don’t try it with her food! She is a true foodie and will run over anything that gets between her and her meals! We are working with her to be gentle when taking a treat.Dolly is totally potty trained, and good with free roam. She loves to be outside and is obsessed with looking for squirrels. She saw one on the corner of the fence one day and that is the first place she goes every time she goes outside. So she is not recommended for homes with cats.Dolly loves car rides! She needs a little work with basic training skills, but is learning more every day. You won’t find a sweeter more loving girl. Dolly is being fostered in Tulsa, OK
