Misfits, Mutts and Meows, Inc.

My husband and I have been rescuing animals for about 8 years by working with other rescue groups. We felt it was time for us to take matters into our own hands to get some of the many rescues we have adopted into their forever homes. We work with our local animal control to find homes for unclaimed dogs and we have many of the animals that others decided were to hard to get adopted. We want every animal to find the perfect home. Our local friends are a great help in getting to word out on those in need of homes. We are an environmentally friendly rescue. We utilize both veterinary medicine and natural healing to ensure the health of our animals.

Meet Agnew

She was found right outside of Cattlemen’s Steakhouse. The vet approximated her age to be about 7 or 8 but she still acts like a puppy and is hyperactive at times. She loves to play with toys and destroy them but does not destroy anything else. She is crate trained and never had an accident inside. She listens good and wants a lot of attention. She is good with other dogs, cats and children. She also will curl up like a ball at the end of the bed to sleep.
