Meet Beau, our newest intake! Beau came to us a little over a week ago after a concerned person called asking for help. Beau was very malnourished and covered in fleas/ticks, it was obvious he had been on his own for sometime and needed help. Beau has been with a foster ever since! We treated him for fleas/ticks, dewormed, gave him his first round of vaccinations, and his foster has been showering him with love. Here's what he know about Beau: He is VERY timid around new people, but even more so around men and children. He is potty trained, but does tinkle when scared. He does great with other dogs! His current foster has 2 dogs that are smaller than Beau, and he does not try to overpower them (he is very submissive). He LOVES to cuddle with people! He lets his foster hold him and play with his ears and cheeks. Beau needs a very patient and understanding home, preferably one with other dogs and no children. We aren't sure what he has experienced or went through, but we do know he will need some time to heal in order to come out of his comfort zone and realize he can be a puppy again. Beau is an approximately 3-4 month old Coonhound mix and is ready for his forever home! Beau's adoption fee is $60. If you are interested in adopting Beau or have questions, please send us a message!
