Meet Newt

Hi! My name is Newt! I'm a super chill, friendly, outgoing and fun 52 pound cattle dog mix! I like dogs, cats, kids and adult people too. I'm pretty much the perfect pup.  I'm house trained and I'm seriously a really cool dog!  I like walks, hikes, and cuddles and I love to play with my toys. Seriously, I'm just the easiest of dogs.  The one thing I could use is a bit of leash training 'cause when I see another dog, I get excited and want to go say hi!  But its just that I am darn happy and friendly! I also like to go to the pet store and pick out my favorite toys. And I love everyone at the vet too!  I'd be an amazing family dog and I can't wait to meet you! Underdogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Adoption fee is $325. Newt is being foster in the Portland area. You MUST have an Underdogs Rock Rescue application on file to request a meet with an Underdog. An online Underdogs Rock adoption application can only be accessed at  https://underdogsrock.org/adopt-a-dog  . You must be available to meet an Underdog in their foster's location and dogs are not held for applicants or shipped outside of the Portland metro area. Home checks are also part of the process and will be conducted virtually. Adoption Process
All adoptions require a contract, our fees vary on the situation. We complete home inspections prior to adoption and follow up with adopters after the adoption for assistance if needed.
