Dolly is a 4 year old, 13 Lb. terrier mix. We suspect she has some spunky Yorkie in her ancestry, but as with any mixed breed rescue it is just a guess. What we do know if Dolly is very smart, observant, and busy little body inside. She loves to play with toys and carry them through the house. She is independent, but also loves a good snuggle. She gets along well with other small dogs but can be fearful around larger sized dogs. She has an adventurous soul, loves car rides and walks. She is house trained. A true jewel looking for the perfect for her person or family to call her own. We think she would do well in a household with another small dog. Her LOVE of squirrel chasing make us think she might not be the best companion for a cat. Gentle and small dog savvy kids over the age of 8, if there are any in the home, should be ok. An online application can only be found at https://underdogsrock.org/adoption-application Underdogs are not held for or shipped outside of the Portland metro area. Meets and home checks are part of the adoption process. Everyone in an applicant’s household must be able to meet at the foster’s location. Dolly is being fostered in NE Portland. Dolly is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives, and has had a recent vet check. Her adoption fee is $425. Adoption Process
All adoptions require a contract, our fees vary on the situation. We complete home inspections prior to adoption and follow up with adopters after the adoption for assistance if needed.
