He can be a little aloof when he first meets you, as any good German Shepherd Dog (GSD) is, but then he will fall in love with you and is the most loving and gentle boy I've ever met. He is a dream dog for sure. All of that in such a regal and noble body! He is an easy keeper and we are thoroughly enjoying having him here with us. He greets us with warm and loving eyes and is not pushy for love and attention but patient and grateful. He will play and have fun but also loves to cuddle at the end of the day and watch a great movie with you. Whoever gets this amazing boy has truly hit the jackpot!! Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters across the country, so sadly we do not have any background information on them.....but we work very hard to get to know each and every dog brought into our program in need of a new beginning in their lives. We do not take animals with aggression problems (some may not like other dogs, cats, or may require older kids as opposed to younger children, but we will let you know everything that we know) most of these beautiful dogs have been faithful and loving family pets for their entire lives, yet still have lost their homes and families through no fault of their own.
