Meet Douglas! Douglas is a 2 year old purebred frenchie. If you look up the stereotypical frenchie characteristics, Douglas checks ALL the boxes, the good and the bad. Charming, loyal, loving, playful? Stubborn, territorial, jealous, attention hog?   Douglas will need a home as an only dog or with other small dogs his size. Due to his Napoleon complex, he will absolutely embarrass you with his devil screams if you try to do normal dog things, like a walk in the park or shopping trip to Petco.   Douglas also has serious, but manageable, medical needs. He is epileptic and will need medicine twice a day for life. His meds are approximately $40 a month and the prescriptions require blood tests every 6 months to confirm his levels are therapeutic.   That being said, you can’t beat the unconditional love and continuous entertainment of a frenchie. If you think you can provide for Douglas’ medical and social needs, apply now for your new bff!   He is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, current with all vaccines (as appropriate for his age) and on flea and heartworm prevention.
