Mikayla is an all-around good girl. Mikayla is a 3-year-old Shepherd mix who currently weighs around 55 pounds. She is ready for her forever home! Mikayla has a wonderful personality that matches her big smile. Like most Shepherds, she is a smart, motivated dog that listens well. Mikayla loves people and would be a great match for an active family. Walks, runs, hikes or bike rides - Mikayla is onboard for an adventure! Mikayla has not been tested around cats or young children, but has lived with other dogs with no issues. If you are interested in adopting Mikayla, please submit an inquiry directly to the Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. ***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt.
