Our mission it to rescue, rehabilitate, and find homes for dogs in need (and a few cats, too)! Our dream is that one day, we won't have to.MERCY:An event to be grateful for, because it’s occurrence prevents something unpleasant or provides relief from suffering.RESCUE:Save from a dangerous or distressing situation.HAVEN:A place of safety or refuge.Mercy Rescue Haven is an animal rescue group located in Upstate SC.MRH was founded after the rescue of Mercy, a pit bull mix that was found starving and alone. Mercy passed away 5 months after her rescue due to leukemia, this rescue is to honor her.

Meet Rollo

Meet Rollo! Age: 1 years. Breed: Labrador retriever. Size: approx 75lbs. Training: leash trained, doing well with house training. He knows sit and lay down. Good with dogs/cats? Yes to dogs. His owner said he does fine with cats in their presence, but they don't trust him alone with the cats. Good with men/women/kids? Yes. Personality: playful, active, friendly! Reason for rescue: Rollo lives on a farm, but plays a bit rough with the small farm animals - he is not aggressive, but he has unintentionally harmed them. Because of this, he needs a new home. Rollo needs a fenced yard. Rollo is neutered, heartworm negative, microchipped, and current on vaccinations and preventatives.
