400Oh Dipper! Dipper and his friend Dobbie came to us recently when their owner had more dogs than she could care for and to get everyone the help she needed including herself made the decision to surrender them. Dipper is a chihuahua/Yorkie mix. He is SUPER cute and only 1 years old. He gets along with other dogs but takes a minute to warm up. He just gets overwhelmed. He is a sweet boy once he warms up though. He is very sweet once he warms up to people but he is leery at first. Due to this we do require a fenced in yard at his home as he is a flight risk. He is working on leash training. At this time we wouldn't recommend children under the age of 10. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and prevention. His adoption fee is $400.
