Please Contact Foster at: [email protected] at first, but warms up quickly -Teeney tiny little thing with the cutest big ears-Very treat motivated, so should be easier to train-Gently takes treats-Likes to cuddle + be pet -Big time sniffer on her walk-Need to work on door dashing habit-Great in the car -Great on a leash-So sweet-Perfect pint sized dog-Scared but not skiddish-Desperate for cuddles-Loves treats and bones-Knows sit -Would do best to be the only dog in the home-Extremely reactive to other dogs, can't be distracted/redirected (seemed most pronounced with small dogs), lunges and barks. She's going to need a lot of training. I can't tell if it's aggressive or excitement/energy but it sounds aggressive. Was strange because she was fine leaving the shelter past 4 different dogs, but not on the trail or at brewery-Barks at people, but confirmed that she's just really excited to meet them with tons of puppy energy. Zero aggression, no nipping, lots of tail wagging. As soon as someone took the time to come close she was fine (if energetic). She definitely can be redirected here-With people/barking can be redirected with treats, got better throughout the day when she learned where treats came from. Was able to learn some leash manners as well-She has the potential to be an amazing dog, but will take a household without other dogs and a patient person familiar with or willing to learn redirection training. Or someone that's happy with a little, wiggly couch potato and not concerned with taking her places until she's gotten some training -Her small size makes her very easy to handle even with the issues. Was not worried about picking her up or touching her when she got excited or barky.
